The Director, Strategic Finance is a highly visible role which will support strategic decision-making, resource allocation, and overall performance of our multi-brand platform.
Reporting to the VP of Strategy, the Director, Strategic Finance will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing financial budget models and leading the financial planning and reporting process.
This role requires proactive leadership, strategic and critical thinking, and effective communication. The ideal candidate will be a personable, team-first leader, skilled at working collaboratively with stakeholders across departments, regions, and business units. We are seeking a high-agency individual who demonstrates a commitment to contributing wherever is needed to achieve team goals.
*a.k.a. Brands home office is located in California, however, this role is remote and we are open to candidates in the US.
Salary range for this role is $160,000 - $200,000/yr. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
