Job Summary: The Digital Marketing Intern will work closely with the Marketing Manager to support daily digital marketing tasks and initiatives. This role provides a valuable opportunity to learn various aspects of digital marketing, including email marketing, CRM management for account marketing, basic graphic design, and web design. This position is ideal for someone eager to learn and build a foundation in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Marketing Manager with day-to-day digital marketing tasks and campaigns.
• Support the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns.
• Learn and assist in managing CRM systems for account-based marketing efforts.
• Help with basic graphic design tasks, including creating social media graphics, banners, and other visual content.
• Assist in updating and maintaining websites, including basic web design and content management tasks.
• Conduct market research and analyze digital marketing trends to support campaign strategy.
• Assist in creating reports on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new digital marketing strategies and ideas.
• Support the marketing team with various administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Interest in learning email marketing, CRM management, graphic design, and web design.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) and website management (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
