Job Description

LHH is actively looking for a Customer Service Manager for a retail distribution company in the Downers Grove area. The ideal candidate would have experience leading and developing a small team, is comfortable doing the day to day work of the department, and has a track record of collaborating across departments to ensure overall organization success. Experience working within a retail and e-commerce is a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching to assure that all employees succeed in meeting individual performance goals as well as career growth
• Establish performance benchmarks and hold team to those goals
• Resolve customer conflicts and handle escalation procedures
• Ensure that all parties are meeting contractual agreements
• Work crossfunctional to resolve delays, streghten proceedures, and investigate product quality issues
• Develop and implement departmental best practices
• Additional duties as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of customer service experience in an ecommerce or distribution setting
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• CPG or food experience a plus
• Analystical mindset
• ERP system experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
