We’re hiring a full-time video content killer to help us drive real outcomes for health brands and creator-led media. If you’ve ever wanted to build a media machine with a founder, this is your shot.

We’re Contente—a fast-growing marketing and media company generating over 1M+ impressions per week across our channels. We blend founder-brand storytelling, wellness content, and performance marketing to help practices and creators grow.

You’ll work directly with our founder in NYC—on-location, in-studio, and in the trenches. The bar is high. The pace is fast. And the output? Relentless.

Success in this role means shipping 130–150 short form pieces/month (including hooks, repurposed clips, and format variations—not all are full-length). You'll split your time between:

• Client campaigns : short-form content that drives new patient acquisition.
• Founder brand : documenting and editing behind-the-scenes moments from our wellness club, Founders Common , in NYC.

Responsibilities:

• Own full-cycle editing of short-form video content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Cut and refine high-performing hooks, apply format variations, and ship multiple versions quickly
• Monitor content performance (CPS, CPL, CTR) and implement iterative improvements
• Collaborate closely on shoots and creative planning with the founder and media team
• Maintain a well-organized asset system supporting 130–150 edits/month
• Split efforts between client campaigns (patient acquisition content) and personal brand content (Founders Common community, wellness, podcast)

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of hands-on editing experience for social
• Mastery of Premiere Pro (or equivalent) and strong motion/text overlay chops
• Obsessive attention to detail + ability to ship quick iterations
• Confident working directly with a founder in a high-expectation environment
• Data-literate: understands how content performance metrics tie to business results
• NYC-based and willing to work in-person daily (this is not a remote gig)
