Counselor III (LSW/LPC/LISW/LPCC) Requirements: Bachelor's degree in social work or master's degree in counseling, or marriage and family therapy required. Valid State of Ohio LCDC II, LCDC III, LPC, LSW, LISW, LPCC with two (2) years of paid full-time experience in the field of chemical dependency, mental health or adolescent treatment, or equivalent required.
