Job Description

GPTech is seeking a Contracts Consultant to support GPTech’s Contracts and Pricing team in the day-to day management of active contracts with USAID and other US government agencies. The Contracts Consultant will also contribute to pricing, new business efforts. This position reports to the Director of Contracts and Pricing (CaP).

Responsibilities:

• Provide contract management for active projects, including but not limited to, review of contract documents and assessing risk, assisting with prime contract negotiations, providing guidance on contract terms and conditions to GPTech staff, and drafting contract communications with client.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding contract status and related issues
• Review and contribute to active project budget realignments and proposal pricing efforts
• Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with terms and conditions with FAR
• Maintain contracts documentation so that files are current, complete and audit ready
• Other Contracts and Pricing duties as necessary

Relevant Past Performance:

• Minimum 5-10 years of demonstrated experience in USG contracts management
• In-depth knowledge of federal government contract types, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Federal Acquisition Regulations, CAS compliance, and agency specific FAR regulations

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent computer skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office™ package. Slack and Asana experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
