Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Project Manager, located in Columbus, OH, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Commercial Project Manager will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. Responsibilities include managing contracts, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role involves frequent communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project milestones are met and issues are promptly resolved.
Qualifications
Notes: hybrid role does require local presence to Columbus, Ohio metro area, work-from-home 60%, visiting jobsites 40%, or as required. Ideal candidate has 10yrs experience in commercial construction with strong background in medium to large interior renovations, and is able to manage 3 to 5 projects simultaneously, ranging from $100k to $3M.
