Job Description

We are a dental equipment manufacturer seeking a Clinical Product Liaison—an experienced dental or surgical assistant ready to step into a dynamic, hybrid role. This position is ideal for someone who understands the inner workings of a dental practice and wants to use that knowledge in a new, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide phone and in-office support to customers, helping them choose the right dental equipment and supplies
• Use your clinical background to explain product functionality—implants, surgical tools, dental chairs, and more
• Visit dental offices to introduce our product range and pricing—no sales pressure, just honest, helpful guidance
• Use our route-optimized app to efficiently reach offices; visits are automatically tracked for accountability and route support
• Actively participating in outreach is a core part of this role and is required for compensation eligibility

Qualifications:

• Background as a dental or surgical assistant (required)
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Comfortable working in-office and traveling locally
• Organized, self-motivated, and ready to take initiative
