Overview
Optimize Search Group has partnered with a leading healthcare organization in Michigan to hire a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead the highest earning facility in their portfolio. This role will drive operational excellence, strengthen physician and community partnerships, and lead a culture of innovation and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall operations and strategic growth of the facility
- Build strong relationships with physicians, employees, and community leaders
- Ensure exceptional care quality, compliance, and financial performance
- Identify new opportunities for service expansion and partnerships
- Foster a positive, high-performing workplace culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive acute care leadership experience
- Proven record of improving performance and growth in complex acute care organizations
- Experience leading 150 bed+ acute care facility
- Strong operational and financial acumen
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s strongly preferred
- Excellent relationship-building skills within the physician and general community
