General Purpose and Scope

The primary role of the Business Solutions Manager is to execute the go-to-market strategy for transformed products by working in close collaboration with the Brava USVI sales teams to promote and sell integrated business solutions and connectivity services to our customers. They are responsible for ensuring that the market achieves its transformed revenue and sales targets while maintaining exceptional professional standards in building and maintaining a book of business.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of our Managed Services portfolio with a sound level of industry knowledge. In this role, they will help position and sell our business solutions portfolio to existing and new customers within the medium to large enterprise space to protect, retain and grow B2B revenue within the market.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify prospects and gather intelligence to understand their pain-points and unique technology needs.
  • Research existing clients’ current business drivers, strategic objectives, internal investment areas and key stakeholders to inform the client account strategies.
  • Leverage analysis of the account base including “heat maps” to locate key areas of opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell with a mission of transforming legacy, at risk and declining, telco revenues into new transformed revenue streams.
  • Liaise with the in-market sales team to accelerate the contact strategy to establish rapport and set up meetings, tracking all activity and deal management in the Salesforce CRM.
  • Coach and mentor team on ICT sales methodologies and identify product knowledge gaps within the team to inform the necessary programs to build the capabilities of the team.
  • Arrange and lead new business meetings at all stages including initial service discovery meetings and presentations.
  • Lead proposal writing and the preparation of bids and tenders for all managed services opportunities.
  • Build a consistent and healthy sales pipeline which can be closed and converted into revenue for the Business Solutions division.
  • Develop and maintain all aspects of sales management tools (e.g., CRM) to enable sharing of information for the business to conduct accurate forecasting against budget.
  • Develop and maintain solid business relationships within a network of executive and enterprise level contacts, key decision-makers and influencers through networking opportunities such as conferences and industry events.
  • Present a quarterly and annual business outlook which will focus on past performance and expectations for current quarter/fiscal, analysis of pipeline, key wins, and personal improvement goals.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of competitors and the customers they are working with to inform the continued development of our managed services portfolio.
  • Partner with members of the marketing team to inform the design of go-to-market campaigns that will be used to target the potential clients.
  • Provide input into the design of bundles for future generation voice, data & other solutions.
  • Partner with the technology teams to always ensure excellence in customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed or necessary related to B2B business.

Required Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree from a recognized University in a related field.
  • A minimum three years’ business development and sales experience gained selling Cloud, Cyber Security or IT Managed Solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in the Telco ICT industry or a Cyber Security role.
  • Experience selling Microsoft, AWS, VMware, Veeam, Cisco, 3CX.
  • Thorough understanding of current technologies as it pertains to software development, cloud computing, and IT support.
  • Proven ability to positively influence customers and generate sales with integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email and presentation.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and positively influence internal cross-functional team members.
  • Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with acute attention to detail.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency and experience with Salesforce (Sales and Service Cloud).
