We are seeking a Business Analyst with over 5 years of professional experience to join a multidisciplinary team composed of project managers, functional analysts, technical leaders, developers of various experience levels, UX developers, and testers, working on projects managed with Agile methodology for a public sector client.

Required Competencies:

• 5+ years in similar roles with solid experience in functional analysis;
• Higher education in an IT-related field.

Preferential Competencies:

• IIBA - Entry Certificate in Business Analysis & Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO);
• Knowledge of and alignment with Design Thinking methodology;
• Alignment with an innovation-driven mindset, focusing on differentiation and impact on the client's business;
• Alignment with a mindset geared towards business development;
• Strong empathy towards stakeholders and the client's business;
• Ability to conduct in-depth research on the client's business;
• Experience in conducting interviews with business stakeholders;
• Experience in gathering and documenting requirements;
• Experience with user stories;
• Experience in Technical Analysis / Design / Modeling;
• Experience leading junior functional team members.
