Position Overview:

We are looking for an accomplished and passionate High-End Bar Manager to lead a premier venue known for luxury and excellence. The ideal candidate should have a proven history in managing upscale bar environments, with a drive to deliver unparalleled guest experiences and a commitment to hospitality at its finest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Oversight : Manage all aspects of the bar's daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to brand standards.
• Staff Leadership : Recruit, train, and develop a team of talented bartenders and support staff, fostering a professional and cohesive environment.
• Guest Experience : Elevate guest satisfaction by implementing measures to ensure every interaction reflects the venue’s dedication to exceptional service.
• Inventory Control : Oversee inventory management, conduct regular audits, and forecast supply needs to optimize stock levels while minimizing waste.
• Creative Menu Development : Partner with the culinary team to design and update a creative, trend-driven cocktail menu that aligns with guest expectations and industry innovations.
• Atmosphere Enhancement : Coordinate efforts to create a refined and inviting ambiance, enhancing the guest experience and promoting repeat visits.

Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated success in a leadership role within a luxury hospitality or high-end bar setting.

• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire a diverse team.
• Advanced knowledge of mixology, including both classic and contemporary cocktail preparation.
• Competence in maintaining professionalism and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills and Certifications:

• Sommelier certification or significant knowledge of premium wine and spirits.
• Experience in planning and executing private events for high-end clientele.
• Proficiency in industry-related tools, such as point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
