Job Description

Prominent law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney for their Westchester, NY office. Ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following: Commercial and/or Residential Real Estate Transactions and/or Real Estate Litigation, Landlord Tenant, Foreclosure, HOA, Co-op, Condo.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a full service firm and work on a variety of sophisticated commercial/residential real estate matters.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice in New York
• 1+ years of experience in real estate law
• Demonstrate strong drafting skills and the ability to manage deals from contract to closing
• Excel in collaborating on complex matters
• Provide clear, practical legal advice and build strong, long-term client relationships

Compensation 115k+(DOE) + Generous Bonus + Full Benefits Package
