MUST HAVE INJECTING AESTHETIC EXPERIENCE!

Position: Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)

Specialty: Medical Aesthetics and Regenerative Medicine

Schedule: Flexible (Preferred days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday)

We are seeking an experienced  Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (NP)or  Physician Assistant (PA)to join our team and provide  medical aesthetic services , including  Botox ,  dermal fillers , and non-invasive regenerative treatments. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative and professional environment, offering exceptional patient care while contributing to the growth of our practice.

Responsibilities:

• Perform treatments in accordance with established protocols, scope of practice, and governing standards.
• Conduct thorough patient consultations and build personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain the highest standards of patient care, integrity, and professionalism.
• Cross-sell additional procedures and work collaboratively with other providers.
• Manage patient retention with exceptional follow-up and relationship-building.
• Demonstrate proficiency with injectable treatments (e.g., Botox, dermal fillers) and laser systems.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and stay updated on industry trends.
• Independently manage tasks without direct supervision, bringing solutions and value to the team.

Requirements:

• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
• Previous experience in  Medical Aesthetics or  Regenerative Medicine is required.
• Current  Florida ARNP or  PA license (mandatory).
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to relate well to patients and staff.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of various aesthetic services and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A self-starter with a passion for aesthetics and regenerative medicine.
• Strong ability to cross-sell treatments and educate patients on additional services.
• Team-oriented mindset while being capable of working independently.

Please Note: Applicants  must hold a current Florida ARNP or PA license. Individuals without these credentials are not legally qualified to perform the required duties in the state of Florida and will not be considered for this role.

Schedule:

• Flexible schedule, with preferred availability on  Tuesday , and  Thursday .
