Job Description

If you are an Acumatica consultant (subject matter expert), and are looking to work with just one team, and not work with multiple clients, come to work for TexDoor as our in-house Acumatica expert.

As an Acumatica Subject Matter Expert at TexDoor LLC, you will be instrumental in guiding our internal team through the implementation and optimization, and beyond of our Insite4Doors powered by Acumatica, cloud-based ERP system.

We are specifically looking for candidates with a strong expertise in the design and development of Acumatica to assist our internal team in the implementation and customization of Insite4Doors powered by Acumatica.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to comprehend the business processes and tailor Insite4Doors implementation to our unique requirements.
• Configure and customize the Insite4Doors powered by Acumatica software, aligning it with our needs and leveraging industry best practices.
• Perform thorough system testing, addressing any issues or bugs to ensure a seamless implementation process.
• Establish and maintain “trusted advisor” relationship with internal team members. Negotiate resolutions to business/process/functional issues with business stakeholders.
• Provide comprehensive training and support to users, ensuring effective utilization of Acumatica, and contributing to data migration and integration activities.
• Provide coaching and quality assurance to ensure team members are following best practices.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance and refine our Insite4Doors implementation methodologies and best practices.



Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Acumatica subject matter expert preferably Insite4Doors powered by Acumatica or in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in implementing and configuring Acumatica software.
• Demonstrated project management skills, ensuring successful implementation of project delivery within specified budget and timeline constraints.
• Strong collaboration skills.
